TERMS

Orders received will be shipped promptly or immediately acknowledged with a shipping date.  All items will be shipped per our best judgment unless otherwise directed.  All orders require a $35.00 minimum (a $7.50 small order charge will be added to orders of less than $35.00).  Master Card and Visa are accepted. C.O.D. Orders are not accepted.  Custom made goods require 100% prepayment.  School and college purchase orders will be accepted.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Be sure to give a shipping address where someone can accept delivery.  Shipments cannot be sent to a P.O. Box.

 

BILLING ADDRESS

Please list the address to which the invoice is to be sent.

 

RETURNS

Returns require prior written authorization. Defective merchandise will be replaced at no charge. Other returns carry a 25% restocking fee. Custom made goods are not returnable.

 

DAMAGE

Orders are carefully packaged and delivered to the carrier in good condition. Any claims for damage or breakage must be made to the carrier. Please check your packages immediately upon delivery. Any damage must be noted by the carrier at the time of delivery.
